My brother Chaz got his mission call a while ago and we dropped him off at the MTC on Jan. 12th..that was harder than I thought it was going to be. Originally we were to drop him off at the airport and send him to Brazil, but the Brazil people are being difficult and are taking a long time getting visas out, so he had to go to provo. Hopefully he will get to go to Brazil, but he might be reassigned to somewhere in the states. We will see what happens. He loves it though :)
So...on my mom's side of the family, my grandma has I think 8 great grand-kids and all of them are boys, so the pressure was on me and chad to have the first girl. Just recently two of my cousins got prego..one of them has 3 boys and the other has 1 boy. The one that is having 3 boys will be having another boy and the one who has 1 boy is having a ......girl! Thank you Ashley and Brock for taking the pressure off of me haha. I wanted a girl until the "first girl" spot was taken...now I don't care....and no I am not currently pregnant! haha.
Chad just got a new job in Jan. and he loves it...we didn't think that we would ever be able to find him a job that he likes. He works for Weber School District doing maintenance stuff. When we had that big snow storm around Pres day he got to go snow plow for the first time...he was in heaven haha. As for me, I am still working at the IRS, but I am on furlough right now, which I think is stupid. Oh well.
