Chad's Birthday

Today is Chad's birthday, but we had a party on Friday:) I came up with an idea to have a custom made cake for his party and to surprise him. If you know me well, it is very hard for me to keep in a surprise, so when I kept this to myself for a month I was proud of myself! One night I was texting my sis in law and reminded her that the cake was a surprise and to not tell Chad. Chad comes in the room and asks me who I am texting and I said Jen, and he said what is she saying, so when Jenn texted me back, she said "......... and the cake is a surprise with me" I just gave away the surprise to Chad...CRAP! haha. He still didn't know what the cake was :) I was really proud of myself! The party was great....everyone came and we had a fun time! Happy Birthday Babe!!! xoxo

Family....

I just love my family...both sides haha. Before Chad and I got married I was the only girl with two brothers and Chad was the only boy with four sisters! So...after we got married, I got 4 sisters and Chad got 2 brothers Yay! haha, and I now have 2 nephews and 2 neices:) Here are some random pictures of my family :)

Slacker!

I am not too good at this blogging thing as you can tell :) We currently don't have internet at our house, because we decided that saving money was more important and we get to take advantage of the free internet at our parents house :) Yay for parents haha...yes we still do rely on our parents for some stuff.

A lot has happened in the last little bit....I went back to work after being furlough from the IRS for 4-5 months, which was bitter sweet because i got to sleep in everyday, but I wasn't really making money....Chad got a new job. Yay FINALLY!!! Goodbye Lowes! He will be starting at Smith's Warehouse in a week or two. It's a huge pay raise, so we will be able to pay stuff off and save lots:) I love saving money.

I have this stupid cold right now...I seem to always be sick, it is never fun. Whenever I tell people that I am sick, they automatically assume that I am pregnant...NOPE! I am not pregnant, I will tell you if I become pregnant, trust me! haha. Ever since Chad and I got married, the first thing someone says to you is "so when are you going to have a baby?" it didn't bother me at first, but now it is starting to get on my nerves. HAHA! Of course we want kids, but not right now, so quit bugging me about it haha:) I am so nice:) Here are some photos of what has been going on lately in the life of the Jorgensen's :) Enjoy!
